 Brief Introduction

• Spiral freezer is an energy-saving quick freezing machine which is featured by compact structure, wide application, small footprint and large capacity. It is a preferred freezer for food processing companies to freeze meat and other large, thick, and high-temperature products.

• Spiral freezer consists of driving unit, evaporator, insulation plate and electrical device. Driving unit consists of motor, belt, rotating tower and independent transducer. Evaporator is made from stainless steel and aluminum fins. Changeable fin distance assures wind circulation smoothly. Evaporate pipeline can be aluminum pipe or copper tube. Insulation plate is made of stainless steel. Electrical device consists of stainless steel electric box and intelligent control device.

• It's made of 304 stainless steel except motor, blower impeller, evaporator pipe and fin, and electric elements

• This machine is completed with base plate of quick freezing machine; the users do not need to make the heat preservation fundation.

Commercial Stainless Steel Deep Freezer 

1. Guarantee the food sanitation

1) Design according to the requirements of state food sanitation.

2) The main parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, resistant of corrosive, easy to wash, guaranteeing food hygiene requirements.

3) The insulated enclosure is adopted PUR sandwich panels with optional stainless steel finish both inside and outside, good heat storage, no dew arise in the surface.

4) There is washing box available at feed inlet, easy to wash belt, guaranteeing the equipment hygiene.

5) The evaporator is made of aluminum tube and fin, with stainless steel housing, impeller, structure and water tray. Water defrosting, easy to wash, decreasing bacteria growth.

6) The main conveyor system is set outside of the enclosure, avoiding the food pollution brought by lubricating oil
